- Raised the significant challenges domestic abuse victims in Shetland face in getting legal aid lawyers with the Minister for Victims and Community Safety.
- Attended the Cross Party Group on Crofting, which heard updates on agriculutral reform work.
- Spoke in a members' debate about mobile bank and branch closures, highlighting the disproportionate impact of such changes on older people and rural and island communities.
- Spoke with representatives from the Royal College of Physicians about recruitment and retention of NHS doctors.
- Impressed upon the Cabinet Secretary for Educaiton the importance of swimming lessons for children, particularly in island contexts.
- Learned about financial challenges faced by older carers at a parliamentary reception held by Carers Trust Scotland.
- Attended the Scottish Renewables Supply Chain Parliamentary event.
